Welcome to my site!

Jojobejo is a one of a kind website that provides visitors with articles and guides related to Leadership. As the founder of Jojobejo, I hope to provide people with the information and resources they need in order to make sense of their inner world. This website will also include articles on other leadership-related topics, such as how to be a manager.
I started writing Jojobejo because I had a hard time making sense of what was going on with me personally and in my life.

As an experienced leader and a manager, I have learned some of the best ways to lead people, as well as the qualities of stronger leaders. So, I wanted to share my knowledge with others and provide resources that would help them make sense of their inner world.

I was a student leader in college. It involved me in various activities on my campus, such as a President of the Vocational leaders of the Philippines. I also took part in academic competitions, where I represented my college. As a student leader, I learned the importance of leadership and teamwork.
As ROTC Corps Commander, I learned how difficult it is to lead people. I struggled with my additional responsibility. I wasn’t sure if I was up to the challenge, and I couldn’t make sense of the situation. It was stressful because people were watching me and waiting for me to get things right.
In my career, I also realized that there is a need for leaders who are strong enough to deal with everyday situations at different levels of management and leadership.

I was then a Team Operation System Owner (Team Leader) of the multi National company Procter & Gamble Philippines, as one of the company’s main responsibilities, is to develop their Leaders and make them grow, so they can support their teams and company objectives.

My personal experience as a leader helped me understand the importance of leadership and teamwork. I learned that good leader have the ability to lead people to achieve goals. They can push people out of their comfort zone. They can deal with difficult situations, not only with themselves, but also with other people.

I remember that whenever it was time for the team to practice, we would sit down with our coach and discuss our individual goals and plans, as well as how they were going to help the team win.

I was so passionate about being a leader that I continued this passion into my career.

I have been a writer since I was a child and have always enjoyed writing and reading stories.
